September 1 (Labor Day) Buck is having a party starting about 2 PM, please see his emails & be sure to RSVP.


Saturday September 6 is the day to submit entries for the Frederick Fair Homebrew competition, between  10 AM-2PM.  Online entry forms thru Sept 2 at http://www.entrigate.com/gffg/WelcomePage.htm

Sunday September 7 Frederick Fair Homebrew Judging, starts at Noon.


Monday Sept 8 FOAM General Meeting, to be held at the Flying Barrel

Saturday Sep 13  Flying Dog Brewery GONZOFEST (music, food, beer, brewery tours) 3-9PM  $12 in advance, $15 at the door, see their website for more details

Tuesday Sep 16th FOAM Officer's meeting at Howard's house.

Thursday Sep 18th Next Happy Hour  at Hennings.


Saturday Sep 20 FOAM Stock at Sarah's place out in Mount Pleasant/Walkersville.  --see if we can get music.
FOAM will pay for breakfast food for Sunday morning.  We should help out w/cooking etc.

Saturday Oct 11 Maryland Brewers Oktoberfest at Timonium Fairgrounds

Probably Oct 18-19 Schifferstadt Oktoberfest (they usually hold it on the 3rd full weekend in October) I (Terry)  can do an all-grain brewing demo on Saturday, Howard could do an extract brew on Sunday.

November-BJCP Category 19 Strong Ale, Barleywine, Old Ale

we should probably start planning for next years' FOAM cups so people have time to start brewing anything that takes a while to age.

Possible Pub Crawl in Baltimore, probably Fells Point area, on November 15th. FOAM could rent a bus.
