Officer's Meeting, Tuesday, Jan 16th 2007:

-Treasurer's Report: We currently have $1449.67, with all expenses paid from the Xmas party.

-We have received 36 paid memberships for this year.

-The Saint Patrick's day brew session will be held March 24th, not March 17th.

-Eric Kelchin wil be hosting a St Patrick's day party on March 17.

-Jason Lamb has reported the the Guild will be raffeling a conical fermenter, and the winner gets to pick which charity will recieve the proceeds. Raffle tickets will be on sale starting in March.

-The Guild will also host a BJCP study group on March 5th.

-The Guild will also have a crab feast sometime in September.

-The Guess That Beer competition will be held at Edgar's house on February 17th; please RSVP so they can have some idea how many people will show up.

-The next FOAM club meeting is all set up to be held at Wild Goose Brewing. There will also be a FOAM cup competition for Porter.

-The February happy hour will be held at Tuaraso's in Eveready Square in Frederick.

-We should also consider a Happy hour at Isabellas, which has Happy Hour—4:00 pm to 6:30 pm Monday - Friday

-Calvin suggested that for the Best FOAM brewer competition, that in case of a tie, lighter /low gravity beers should be given greater weight.

-It was agreed that FOAM will donate $50 in memory of Deanna Purdum, Janet & Joe Thompson's daughter/stepdaughter, to be donated to the fund for the education of their children.

-The next Officer's Meeting will be February 20th at Lou King's house.
